Welcome to Rescue Home located in Hyderabad, India.
If you come up to the second floor, you’ll find 21 sweet, loving, and sometimes naughty babies ages 2 months to 6 years. All 21 are cared for by their foster mom, Cassie, 3 nurses, and a plethora of ayahs. Each one is unique in their needs and personalities, and each is loved greatly by our team members.
SCH tries to give each child the care and attention they need. However, sometimes the children’s care is costly. So, it was heartbreaking when the four of us who work upstairs all day with these kids found out that 16 of our 21 precious babes weren’t fully sponsored.
We decided God was calling us to action.
Over the next 4 weeks in Hyderabad, each of us will be featuring one child a week on our blogs and social media, starting Monday, September 22nd. At the beginning of the week, we will post a blog introducing a child we are featuring as well as their picture and a short description of them.
We hope that by doing this we can get each child at least 1 partial sponsorship. We realize this is a lofty goal, but we firmly believe that God can achieve even impossible things. We ask that you stay tuned over the coming weeks and pray constantly for these children at Rescue Home. After all, “Every Life Matters”.
