God was definitely presence this week and as I was standing in the presence of Him last night with some of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life, He revealed himself to me. The challenge we had was to listen to what God had to say to the people around us, through us. Circling in a group of 5 people we closed our eyes and began to listen, as we waited for a leader to tap one on the shoulder to get in the middle. No one knew who was in the middle except the one in the middle. We had to rely only on Christ.
I was the first of my group to enter the middle. After the leader stopped praying over us, with no hesitation, one of the girls shouted “God wants you to know he sees you as PURE! A pure innocent child, you are beautiful!” The tears start flowing down my face onto the mattress we were standing on. This is something I struggled with more than I even knew…
The night before this, I was in worship and someone that I had never even talked to before came up and starting praying for me. As she’s standing over me, hugging me, she starts saying that God still sees me as pure and that he just wants me to love Him and to remember that. Now tell me thats not God speaking through those people! They don’t know me, my story, or what is going on in my life, I had been praying for God to really reveal himself to me…HE DID!
I’m just so thankful for the AIM staff here, I feel surrounded with real love for the first time in a long time! This week of training camp stretched me, but I can’t imagine not having this experience and just having gone straight to India.
India better get ready!! God is sending the perfect group of girls to SET THEM FREE! God’s love is going to pour down on them and I can’t wait to see it happen!
