I love blogging. I may be the only one on this team who loves to blog, but I do. I also love writing. It is a really strange love/hate relationship. I love getting in the zone, typing out all my thoughts, and listening to good music. I hate trying to figure out what exactly to write; what to share with you. Should I write about the emotions of this trip? Should I share specific experiences? Usually I try to do a little of both. Anyways, because I am the only one who actually loves to blog on this team, the rest of the team always jokes around about blogging stupid stuff. Usually I sit around and listen and think to myself, “I am in India on a mission trip with 10 goons. I love this.”
Our team has a little game they like to play. It is called 1-10. Basically, if someone wants you to do something they can say, “1-10 you have to do this.” There is an underlying understanding that on this team, if someone 1-10’s you, you HAVE to play. The game works like this: they pick a number and if you guess their number, then you have to do what they want you to do. Now remember… basically I am the only one who actually loves to write and really cares about what people read. With that being said… I peed my pants on Abby’s bed 2 weeks ago.
