In daily life here I see moments all around me and in my mind there is a debate, as in America we might say these moments are epic failures. Examples of these moments include situations on the bus when you are having a wonderful conversation that is leading toward important topics but when the two young girls learn I am from America total interest turns to wondering if I know Justin Bieber. Other moments might include the mosque that is located literally right beside the ministry site where we attempting to preach God‘s love, yet no matter what day at 1:00PM AND 5:00PM Muslim prayers are blared though loud speakers. Although to normal eyes these situations seem like a complete failure I have learned to see these moments quite differently. By changing my focus, it has become easy to see that these moments could be describe as glorious success. For example, on the bus I made a connection with two beautiful young ladies, and got to explain to them why I don’t pray to Mary. I got to talk about how God wants a personal relationship with them which means he want to talk to us all the time. With the example of the mosque it is incredible to think that during such a dark moment of prayers going to allah we are in turn preaching God’s love.
